Who we are
Kessa Concept is the public name of the group that presents the four brands on this site. Inquiries are received at info@kessaconcept.com. Published operating names: VK MOBİLYA DEKORASYON İNŞ. TURZ. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (Ankara headquarters); Necati Keser Furniture Trading LLC Sole Proprietorship (Sharjah). Formal registered names for each brand, including Baku, appear on invoices and contracts when a project begins.
What we collect
If you send a consultation request we receive the name and at least one contact method you provide (email and/or telephone or WhatsApp number), plus any optional fields you complete (city, brand, project type, type of room, area, services, budget, currency, timing, a plans URL, and a message). Server logs may record a technical address and user agent as part of hosting. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta may receive the page viewed, a technical address, and a browser identifier.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Necessary cookies store your language and cookie choice. The Meta Pixel loads only after you accept marketing cookies. Rejecting marketing cookies does not affect consultation, WhatsApp, or navigation. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner. The consultation form is not sent to Meta.
Why we collect it
We use inquiry details only to understand and reply to your request, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry fields for advertising.
Processors
The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry messages are delivered by Resend to the group’s mailbox. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta Platforms processes Pixel events. We do not sell personal information.
Transfers
If you write from one country to a brand in another, your message is handled by the team for that brand. This page does not describe additional cross-border transfer mechanisms.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and, where a project follows, to administer that correspondence. This site does not publish a fixed retention calendar.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion of inquiry data by writing to info@kessaconcept.com from the address you used. Depending on where you live, further rights may apply. Write to the same address and we will route your request.
