Dübəndi Villa

A palace-scale villa on the Caspian shore at Dübəndi, with a limestone façade, green domes and a fountain at the head of a double stair. Inside, a domed rotunda with a marble rose floor and a gilded centre table opens onto the reception rooms.

The salons are furnished in ivory and gold: carved sofas in pale silk, gilded consoles and inlaid parquet between rose marble columns. Upstairs, the bedrooms have tall carved headboards and matching vanities, and the lower floor holds a private cinema in leather.
